• Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Products that are damaged due to misuse, installation errors, or negligence are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products.

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

• Hazardous or perishable goods.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

• Proof of damage (pictures or video) may be required for verification.

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Wallet, or COD refund).

5. Exchange Option

• Customers may request a replacement/exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping Costs

• If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free.

• If the return is due to change of mind, the buyer will bear the return shipping cost.

7. Seller Responsibility

• Sellers on BlackGold Hardware must honor the return and refund policies as stated here.

• Failure to comply may result in account suspension or penalties.
