1. Scope of Services

• Our marketplace is exclusively for construction, building materials, fixtures, tools, and related hardware products.

• We do not facilitate or allow the sale of unrelated categories such as fashion, electronics, or food items.

2. Account Registration

• Buyers and sellers must provide accurate information (CNIC, phone number, business details).

• Fake or duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.

3. Product Listings & Quality

• Sellers must list only authentic construction and building materials.

• Misrepresentation of product specifications (cement grade, steel gauge, tile size, paint quality, etc.) is prohibited.

• BlackGold Hardware reserves the right to remove misleading or false listings.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders must be confirmed within 24–48 hours by sellers.

• Payments are made through Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or other approved methods.

• Sellers agree to BlackGold Hardware’s commission deduction on each sale.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Products damaged during delivery, incorrect items, or defective construction materials are eligible for return as per our Return Policy.

• Buyers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Delivery & Logistics

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of product (bulk items like cement/steel vs. small items like locks/sanitary fittings).

• Sellers must use reliable transport services; BlackGold Hardware is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.

7. Intellectual Property

• All logos, brand names, and content on the platform belong to BlackGold Hardware or respective product manufacturers.

• Unauthorized use of our content, images, or policies is prohibited.

8. Seller & Buyer Responsibilities

• Sellers must ensure legal sourcing of materials. No counterfeit or expired products are allowed.

• Buyers must ensure proper address and contact details for smooth delivery.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes between buyer and seller, BlackGold Hardware will mediate as a neutral party.

• Our decision will be final in case of unresolved conflicts.

10. Limitation of Liability

• BlackGold Hardware acts as a marketplace, not the direct manufacturer of goods.

• We are not responsible for installation, on-site damages, or structural issues arising from product use.

11. Policy Updates

• These terms may be updated from time to time. Users are encouraged to review policies regularly.
